Below are the four (4) UTME subjects required for Secretarial Education:

- Mathematics
- English Language
- Any releavany subject such as Government, Commerce, or Accounting
O’Level Requirements
You must have at least five (5) credit passes in subjects including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Economics or Commerce
- Typewriting or Office Practice (if offered)
- Any other two relevant subjects (e.g., Government, History, Accounting, Business Methods)
Credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
Direct Entry Requirements
Candidates applying through Direct Entry should have one of the following:
- NCE in Secretarial Studies or Business Education
- OND in Secretarial Studies
- Two A-Level passes in subjects such as Economics, Government, or Business Studies
